I am so pleased that I discovered my dentist. The dentist is so caring and sensitive to the patient’s needs. All work is carried out with skill, expertise and a delightful sense of humour. The dentist helped me through a traumatic time when I had an abscessed tooth which involved root canal filling. The dentist saw me through it all. I was so tired of the cavalier attitude of NHS dentists and bless the day I found this place. Receptionists are a delight as well as the practising staff.
Nothing but praise for this dentist. From start to finish it has been a great experience and each visit that I have needed to go back for has been painless and easy. Might even say I will look forward to my 6 months check-up for the first time ever!
I am surprised to see the previous review as this is a complete contrast to my experience last month. I visited the practice and the welcome I received from the receptionist was lovely, they showed me where to sit and wait and gave me a form to fill in. I hardly waited two mins when the nurse greeted me with a smile and took me to see my dentist. The dentist was lovely, really caring and gentle and listened to me. I have been scared to come to the dentist for years and was embarrassed of my teeth, but the dentist reassured me and gave me a plan of what they would do. I'm going back soon and don't feel as frightened this time.
The receptionists are really friendly and helpful, the nurses really put you at ease and my dentist makes sure everything moves at your pace and you are kept informed at all times. I have been going here now for nearly two years and would recommend to anyone.
My wife attended Ideal between October and December 2013. I can honestly say I am amazed, my wife in the past has only ever managed treatment under General Anaesthetic and couldn't even talk about her treatment without getting upset. She has now completed her treatment and is like a new woman. Can I say a big thank you for giving my wife not only her smile but her confidence in having dental treatment. Dr McKeown is very patient with a wonderful chairside manner and my wife is due to return in February 2014. I would recommend this Practice to anyone particularly if you are nervous. Thanks again!!!!
My son and I have visited Caroline for a few years after our dentist retired. I was very nervous after a bad experience elsewhere left my son with an infection under a new filling. Caroline is brilliant, my son's teeth are now healthy. The practice is friendly, the staff are all great and I never feel nervous when our check-ups are due.
Caroline has been looking after my teeth since opening her practice and she's ace! She's even great with my 2-year-old. Great personal touch from Tracey whenever we come in for an appointment.
Caroline and her staff are fantastic. Highly recommended.
